Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
To secure your appointment for any treatment, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of your initial consultation. This deposit will be applied to your procedure costs but ensures that we can reserve the necessary time for your treatment. Without this deposit, we will not be able to proceed with booking your treatment.

We ask that clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rearranged to ensure we can provide the best care possible. The ability to accommodate late arrivals will be assessed based on the clinician’s discretion and clinic capacity.
